Jetstar did a study into traveller's star signs and where they are more likely to go, according to Herald Sun - Jetstar study finds the type of getaway you fancy may depend on your star sign
Why would Jetstar even do this study and what benefit is this to them I have no idea, but I feel this study hardly justifies.
Yes, star signs may depict our personalities, so in comparison should also influence our decision on travelling.
However I feel that basing the study only on their own passengers mean that they were only concentrating on those who are looking for a bargain to start with.
I am in fact discriminating the type of people who travel on Jetstar, but since the airline concentrate their image on low fares and no service, I can only assume those who choose to travel internationally with Jetstar only look at the cheap side of things.
What about the more luxury/richer of the population? Perhaps a more generous Taurean may travel differently?
Also because the study is based on Jetstar passengers it would only cover those who travel to destinations Jetstar offers. So just because the normally Aries who like to travel long haul destinations (according to the report) happens to be travelling with Jetstar at the time of report, doesn't mean that just three months ago they had spent time in New Zealand and have flown another airline instead. (Which would not have been captured in this study).
Anyway. what do you think? Are they right about your type?
