Weight issue for flight attendents

Back to that weight issue again and this time the fire is on the flight attendents.
If we were to consider the weight of the passengers, then perhaps we also need to limit the weight of the flight attendents?
As it looks, Air India is onto it already:

I do know that a lot of the Asian airlines has weight and height restrictions on their application agreement. I know - because once upon a time I wanted to be a flight attendent, only to find out there is so much politics to go with the job (with any airline in the world) I decided I wouldn't have liked it. Anyways, I remember looking at the requirements for Singapore Airlines, and it did mention you have to be between certain height (no less, no more) and be under so many kilos in weight...
In other work place, you would call this discrimination. However it doesn't seem to be a problem in the airline industry as weight and height actually have to do with the execution of the job.
What do you think?
